Triceratops Frill & Tooth — Hell Creek Formation (66 Million Years Ago)

This authentic fossil set features two genuine pieces from one of the most iconic dinosaurs of all time — Triceratops, the three-horned giant of the Late Cretaceous.

The frill fragment (1.25″) comes from the large bony shield that protected its neck and may have been used for display or defense. The tooth (0.75″ shed) represents one of the hundreds of teeth that made up Triceratops’ complex dental battery — a powerful arrangement capable of grinding through tough Cretaceous vegetation.

Both specimens were recovered from the Hell Creek Formation of North Dakota, a site that preserves the final chapter of the dinosaurs, just before the mass extinction 66 million years ago.
